Job summary

Orbital South Colleges Group is seeking two ICT Advanced Apprentices to join the IT Services team across East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Croydon). The 18‑month apprenticeship will provide hands‑on experience delivering first‑line IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software, and supporting Microsoft 365 for staff and students.

You will study towards a Level 3 ICT Information Communications Technician qualification with mentoring from the Head of ICT Services, gaining

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 ICT qualification
• Maths and English GCSEs (C or above) or equivalent
• Interest in IT and technology
• Be willing to contribute effectively to ICT support
• Have excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
