Job summary

Orbital South Colleges Group is recruiting two ICT Advanced Apprentices to join the IT Services team at East Surrey College (Redhill) and John Ruskin College (Croydon). You will gain hands-on experience providing first-line IT support and supporting Microsoft 365 and other systems.

Qualifications

• A Level 3 ICT-related qualification required.
• Maths and English GCSEs (grade C or above) or equivalent.
• Interest in IT and technology required.
• Willingness to contribute effectively to ICT support across the College.
• Excellent communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and other key systems.
• Deliver excellent customer service to staff and students.
• Work closely with Head of ICT Services and ICT Manager; receive training and mentoring.
