Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Centre/Property Manager for a premier Manchester site. You will lead a small site team, drive performance, and ensure delivery of commercial targets and occupier satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budget discipline, and robust stakeholder management. You will oversee service charge management, contractor supervision, and compliance with health and safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and effectively managing a team.
• Experience of delivering financial targets.
• Proven ability to understand and interpret the local market environment and formulate business development plans accordingly.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Know and apply Health & Safety legislation relating to property management.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance reviews and development plans for the onsite team.
• Manage and implement plans to develop the team, including succession planning and training.
• Recruit and select employees to meet budget and business plan targets.
• Oversee the property as a commercial venture in line with asset strategy.
• Deliver and monitor the centre's marketing strategy and occupier liaison.
