Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a regional team responsible for the management and development of multiple properties in the North West and Manchester region. You will drive service delivery, budgets and compliance, ensuring exceptional client and tenant relationships while aligning with company policies and ESG standards.

The role requires extensive facilities management leadership, contractor oversight and the ability to manage cross-functional teams across property

• Experience leading multi-site facilities teams.
• Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and ESG considerations.
• Proven track record managing service charges and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Facilities Managers and Building Managers to deliver operational excellence.
• Develop and implement budgets, service charge controls and performance KPIs.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, ESG, and contracts across properties.
• Oversee contractor management and lifecycle of facilities services.
