Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a proactive property management leader for a premier site in London Bridge.

The role drives commercial performance, risk management, and customer care across the centre, coordinating with tenants and stakeholders to deliver against asset plans. You will lead a small site team, steward service charges, monitor market conditions, and push initiatives that enhance occupier satisfaction and centre performance.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and effectively managing a team.
• Experience of delivering financial targets.
• Ability to understand and interpret the local market environment and formulate business development plans accordingly.
• Ability to work with a broad spectrum of internal and external contacts.
• Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel and databases; familiarity with CBRE IT applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular performance reviews with the team and set objectives and development plans.
• Identify and implement plans for team development, succession planning and training.
• Recruit and select employees to meet current and future needs and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures across the property.
• Manage the property as a commercial venture in line with asset strategy.
• Develop and implement a business plan and strategic direction.
• Oversee marketing strategies and engage with tenant associations.
• Monitor competition and market conditions and report on changes.
• Draft, control and report service charge budgets and expenditure.
