Job summary

CBRE in Manchester is seeking a capable property manager to optimise the commercial viability and performance of a large, iconic centre. You will lead a small site team and drive the asset strategy, financial targets, and risk management to deliver exceptional service for occupiers and clients.

You will develop business plans, manage contracts and budgets, and coordinate health and safety, environmental compliance and reporting. Experience in retail or centre management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and effectively managing a team.
• Experience delivering financial targets and managing service charges.
• Strong understanding of local market conditions and business development.

Responsibilities
