Qualifications

• Proven track record of developing and effectively managing a team.
• Experience delivering financial targets.
• Ability to understand and interpret local market environment and formulate business development plans.
• Ability to work with a broad spectrum of internal and external contacts.
• Proven track record in large property/centre management or service driven environment.
• IOSH (NEBOSH preferred).
• Up to date knowledge of legislation relating to property management.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships as well as other parts of the wider team.
• Understand client investment objectives.
• Able to build and maintain tenant/customer relationships.
• Able to build and maintain supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead performance reviews with the team, setting objectives and development plans.
• Identify and implement plans for team development, succession planning and training.
• Recruit and select employees to meet budget and business plan targets.
• Ensure adherence to policies, processes and procedures across the property.
• Manage the property as a commercial venture in line with asset strategy.
• Develop and maintain a positive image of the building; implement Brand values.
• Execute agreed marketing strategies and liaise with tenants and associations.
• Monitor competition and planning activity; report to stakeholders.
• Ensure health and safety, environmental compliance, and service charge management.
• Produce regular reports to the operational team and maintain records.
• Liaise with local authorities and external consultants as appropriate.
