Regional Facilities Manager – Multi-Site (NW & Manchester)

Job summary

CBRE Manchester is seeking an experienced senior facilities leader to manage a regional team of facilities managers across multiple sites in the North West. You will oversee health and safety, ESG compliance, budgets, and tenant relationships, ensuring service standards and contract obligations are met.

The role requires developing the team, delivering improvements, and collaborating with stakeholders to optimise property performance for client requirements.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Senior facilities management experience with responsibility for multi properties within complex estate environment and line management responsibility.
• Significant contractor management and service charge budgets.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and people engagement skills.
• High degree of knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and environmental protection requirements.
• IT literate with industry-specific IT applications.
• Good analytical, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work within a team and on own initiative within a pressurised environment.
• IOSH qualification essential.
• IWFM qualification desirable.
• NEBOSH qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Commercial preparation, control and monitoring of service charge budgets in line with the Property Management Agreement and CBRE policies.
• Maintain strong working relationships across the business and with property/asset management colleagues.
• Identify and generate additional business opportunities within the work area to enhance commercial performance.
• Liaise with key local stakeholders to identify impact of local activities on operations and tenant relations.
• Produce management reports in accordance with business needs.
