Job summary

North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an ICC Hub Coordinator (Eden) to support patient care by coordinating community hub services across Cumbria. The role involves working within a multidisciplinary team and providing essential administrative support.

You will cover an 37.5 hour week with shifts from 08:00 to 20:00 as needed, including weekends and bank holidays. Enthusiasm for flexible working and travel to hubs across the region is required.

Qualifications

• GCSEs in Maths and English at minimum.
• Level 2/3 certificates in Business Administration or Customer Service.
• Business Administration Apprenticeship completed.
• Experience with NHS electronic systems (EMIS, ICE, STRATA).

Responsibilities

• Support MDT by developing and maintaining admin systems.
• Perform a range of administrative duties under supervision.
• Cover rota 08:00–19:00 Mon-Fri and 08:00–16:00 weekends.
• Ensure the office environment is safe and well-organised.
