NCIC (North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust) seeks a Community Clinical Support Worker to join the North Copeland ICC team in Whitehaven. The role is Band 3, 37.5 hours per week, with shift work from 08:30 to 22:30, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Salary range £25,760–£27,476 per annum, permanent contract. You will support patients in the community, perform nursing tasks under supervision, and help prevent hospital admissions by enabling independence and coordinating

Qualifications

• Care certificate or willingness to undertake it.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in care or equivalent is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Support patients with personal hygiene and activities of daily living.
• Undertake clinical observations and record patient information.
• Plan and implement care in the community under supervision.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver care.
