Job summary

NCIC in Penrith is seeking an administrative professional to join the multi-disciplinary team at The Lonsdale Unit. The post offers part-time hours (22.5 per week) with potential shift patterns across weekdays and weekends, and mileage/travel between ICC hubs is paid.

You will develop and maintain admin systems, support patient-centred community care, and work under the Senior Hub Coordinator to ensure accurate records and safe office environments. DBS checks and visa considerations are noted.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English (A*-C) or equivalent.
• Level 2/3 certificates or diplomas in Business Administration or Customer Service.
• Business Administration Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain administrative systems and records for community services.
• Work with multis disciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
• Participate in a rota to provide cover 08:00–20:00 when required; travel between hubs as needed.
