Job summary

Arriva London is seeking an IBUS Controller at Purley Way to join the Route Performance Team. In this 24/7 role you’ll help keep TfL bus services safe, on time, and reliable across the network, with full training and a clear career path.

You’ll manage communications with drivers, monitor services, respond to disruptions, and uphold TfL standards while benefiting from 33 days leave, a bonus scheme, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience as a controller in transport operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Decisive, calm under pressure and adaptable.
• Knowledge of TfL standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers via radio and in person.
• Monitor services using GPS tracking systems and control technology.
