Arriva London is seeking an IBUS Controller for Purley Way to support 24/7 bus operations across the TfL network. You’ll monitor, regulate, and respond to real-time service needs to keep passengers moving safely and reliably.

Join a fast-paced team with full training, ongoing mentorship, and clear progression within the Route Performance structure. Expect shift work, including evenings and weekends, with a strong focus on safety and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Controller experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, clear and confident.
• Strong decision-making ability and situational awareness.
• Calmness under pressure in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with drivers via radio and in person.
• Monitor services using GPS and control systems.
• Regulate services to meet performance and reliability targets.
