Job summary

F5 Consultants seeks an experienced IAM Service Lead to join a leading organisation with opportunities across London, Woking, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham, Inverness, Cardiff, Newcastle and Bristol.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an experienced IAM Team Lead, Senior IAM Engineer or IAM SME who enjoys owning live services and leading people.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on IAM experience in live environments.
• Experience leading IAM teams and driving incident response.
• Proficiency with Okta, PAM andBeyondTrust technologies.
• Eligible for BPSS screening and security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Own live IAM services and drive technical leadership across multiple locations.
• Lead and mentor IAM team members; manage L2/L3 support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive service improvements and incident resolution.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and complex IAM issue resolution.

Job description

I’m currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead to join a leading organisation, with opportunities across London, Woking, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Birmingham, Inverness, Cardiff, Newcastle and Bristol.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role, ideal for an experienced IAM Team Lead, Senior IAM Engineer or IAM SME who enjoys owning live services as well as leading people.

• Strong hands-on experience across hybrid IAM environments
• Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and MIM
• IAM technologies including Okta, PAM and ideally BeyondTrust
• PowerShell, Conditional Access, GPOs and complex troubleshooting
• L2/L3 support, service ownership, stakeholder management and continuous improvement

Location: 5 days onsite at one of the locations listed above

Requirement: Must be eligible for BPSS screening

This is not a purely managerial or architecture-focused role — strong technical IAM experience is essential.
