Job summary

83zero Ltd is seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead to own the IAM service within a complex hybrid environment. You will lead service governance, stakeholder management and drive continuous improvement across the IAM stack.

Based in the UK with travel to Manchester five days a week, the role offers up to £100k plus a 5% bonus for delivering senior IAM leadership and strategic oversight in IGA, MFA, SSO and PAM implementations.

Qualifications

• Senior IAM leadership experience in a hybrid environment.
• Experience with IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM, PKI.
• Experience with MIM, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust.

IAM Service Lead | Up to £100,000 + 5% Bonus

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment.

UK-wide - based from nearest base location, with travel to Manchester 5 days a week
Up to £100K + 5% bonus
BPSS clearance required
Must be UK-based

The role

You'll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

• IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model
• Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing
• KPI/SLA management and reporting
• Stakeholder, risk and issue management
• Driving continuous service improvement

What we're looking for

Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment, with a broad understanding of:

IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI

Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable.

You don't need to be hands-on across every technology - we're looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders.

Clearance

Candidates must be eligible for BPSS.

We can consider ILR, Dependant visa and dual-national candidates, provided you currently live in the UK.
