Job summary

83zero Limited is seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior role in a complex hybrid IAM environment. Based in the UK with Manchester or Inverness as the preferred location, this five-days-onsite position offers up to £100,000 plus a 5% bonus and requires BPSS clearance.

You will own the IAM service, lead governance, stakeholder management and continuous service improvement, overseeing IAM technology domains such as MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI, and working with Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust.

Qualifications

• Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment.
• IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM, PKI knowledge.
• Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust.

Responsibilities

• Own the IAM service and drive governance and continuous improvement.
• Lead transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing.
• Manage KPI/SLA reporting.
• Oversee stakeholder, risk and issue management.
• Drive service improvement initiatives across IAM tooling.
