Job summary

Gazelle Global Consulting Limited is seeking a Lead IAM Consultant for a 6-month contract in Crawley to support a major UK airline. The role focuses on data discovery, reconciliation and establishing a trusted control baseline across identity lifecycle, access governance, PAM and application IAM.

You'll lead IAM discovery, run workshops with stakeholders and application owners, assess current controls and identify gaps, delivering practical recommendations and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM consulting and delivery across enterprise programmes.
• Ability to run workshops with stakeholders and application owners.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, access governance, PAM and application IAM.

Responsibilities

You'll lead IAM discovery, run workshops with stakeholders and application owners, assess current controls and identify gaps across identity lifecycle, access governance, PAM and application IAM. You'll turn complex findings into practical recommendations and clear executive reporting.

Key skills:

• Strong IAM consulting and delivery experience
• JML, IGA, RBAC, PAM and access certification
• IAM data discovery, reconciliation and analysis
• SailPoint, Saviynt, MIM, Entra ID/Azure AD or Active Directory
• CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta or Ping Identity
• PowerShell, Python, SQL or Bash/Shell
• HRMS, ITSM and directory services experience
• Strong stakeholder and workshop skills
