Job summary

83zero Limited is seeking an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior role in a complex hybrid IAM environment. Based in the UK with Manchester or Inverness as the preferred location, this five-days-onsite position offers up to £100,000 plus a 5% bonus and requires BPSS clearance.

You will own the IAM service, lead governance, stakeholder management and continuous service improvement, overseeing IAM technology domains such as MFA, SSO, PAM and PKI, and working with Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust.

Qualifications

• Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment.
• IGA, MFA, SSO, PAM, PKI knowledge.
• Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust.

Responsibilities

• Manage KPI/SLA reporting.

IAM Service Lead | Up to £100,000 + 5% Bonus

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced IAM Service Lead for a senior opportunity within a complex hybrid IAM environment.

Manchester or Inverness - 5 days onsite
Up to £100K + 5% bonus
BPSS clearance required
Must be UK-based

The role

You'll take ownership of the IAM service, working across service leadership, governance, stakeholder management and continuous improvement.

• IAM Service Design and Target Operating Model

• Leading transition, knowledge transfer and shadowing

• KPI/SLA management and reporting

• Stakeholder, risk and issue management

• Driving continuous service improvement

What we're looking for

Strong IAM Service Leadership experience in a hybrid environment, with a broad understanding of:

IGA | MFA | SSO | PAM | PKI

Experience with MIM, Active Directory, Entra ID, Okta or BeyondTrust would be highly desirable.

You don't need to be hands-on across every technology - we're looking for someone who understands IAM technically and can confidently lead the service and its stakeholders.

Clearance

Candidates must be eligible for BPSS.
