Job summary

HCA UK is seeking an Access Management Coordinator to join the ITG team at 1 London Bridge, London. The role involves processing access requests and supporting the joiners, movers and leavers lifecycle to ensure secure access for staff involved in patient care and business operations.

The position focuses on maintaining RBAC compliance, conducting access reviews and supporting IAM tool enhancements within a busy healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM, service desk or IT service operations.
• Understanding of access management processes and information security principles.
• Experience with directory services like Active Directory.
• Exposure to SailPoint and ServiceNow is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process access requests accurately and within agreed service levels.
• Support the end-to-end access management lifecycle for joiners, movers and leavers.
• Maintain user access records and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
• Work with managers and stakeholders to ensure appropriate approvals are obtained.
• Support adherence to RBAC and least privilege principles.
• Assist with access reviews, audits and compliance activities.
• Investigate and resolve routine access-related queries and issues.
• Escalate complex or high-risk requests where appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within access management processes.
• Assist with enhancements to IAM and service management tools.
