Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in user access management, identity administration, IT operations, governance
• Understanding of access control principles including least privilege & segregation of duties
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews or governance activities
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Experience maintaining policies and operational documentation
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams & priorities
• Experience in banking or regulated industry
• Experience administering access in Oracle FLEXCUBE ERP FCCM
• Knowledge of IT risk & control frameworks
• Familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001 or similar frameworks
• Experience supporting PMO or project governance
• Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, ITIL, or Security+

Responsibilities

• Administer user access across core platforms, review accounts and support access reviews.
• Maintain IT risk and control registers and track remediation actions.
• Coordinate responses to internal/external audits; gather evidence and materials.
• Maintain IT policy, procedure and standards framework; manage document reviews & versioning.
• Assist with IT project delivery tracking; maintain action/risk/issue logs.
• Produce regular reporting on access management, audit actions, risk items, governance metrics.
