Job summary

HCA UK is seeking an Access Management Coordinator to join the ITG team at London Bridge. You will manage access requests, support joiners/movers/leavers, and maintain compliant access records to ensure secure patient care and business operations.

You will collaborate with HR, IT and Information Security, uphold governance standards, and contribute to continuous improvements in IAM tooling and service management. This full-time, fixed-term role supports a critical healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in IAM, service desk, IT support, or IT service operations.
• Understanding of access management processes and information security principles.
• Experience with Active Directory or directory services.
• Exposure to Identity Governance and ITSM tools such as SailPoint and ServiceNow is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process access requests accurately within agreed service levels.
• Support the end-to-end access management lifecycle for joiners, movers and leavers.
• Maintain user access records and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Work with managers and stakeholders to obtain appropriate approvals.
• Support adherence to RBAC and least privilege principles.
• Assist with access reviews, audits and compliance activities.
• Investigate and resolve routine access-related queries and issues.
• Escalate complex or high-risk requests where appropriate.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within access management processes.
• Assist with enhancements to IAM and service management tools.
