Job summary

Stateside Foods Limited is seeking a Hygiene Operative to join our site in the United Kingdom. The role centers on cleaning and sanitising production equipment and keeping hygiene records to ensure production line start-up times are met.

The successful candidate will work Sundays 06:00–18:00 and Mondays to Thursdays 14:00–22:00, following company H&S and Hygiene policies. There may be adhoc hygiene tasks and basic maintenance duties as required.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Food production and/or Hygiene experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitation of production machinery.
• Completion of hygiene records.
• Carrying out 1st line maintenance and/or repairs on production machinery.
• Ensuring the correct cleaning chemicals are used for the cleaning task.
• Other adhoc hygiene related tasks.
• Adhere to the company’s H&S policies and procedures.
• Adhere to the company’s Hygiene policies and procedures.

We have a permanent opportunity within our Hygiene Department for a Hygiene Operative.

The role will be working Sunday 06.00 to 18.00 and Monday to Thursday 14.00 to 22.00.

Ideally candidates will have worked within a similar role, have good communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team.

Food production and/or Hygiene experience is preferred however not essential.
