Hygiene & Catering Team Leader – Inverness

Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week (Saturday rota) | Based at Henderson Road, IV1 1SN

What You’ll Do

• Take charge of day-to-day operations: from pick tickets and returns to warranties and customer queries.
• Lead, support, and motivate a team—delegating tasks and setting clear goals.
• Handle customer sales enquiries, provide product advice, and manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor performance, identify training needs, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
