Your career as an Outbound Sales Team Leader at Booksy, within our dynamic Sales Team, will place you at the forefront of the UK's beauty industry revolution. Reporting to the UK Sales Manager, you'll be instrumental in driving sales performance, mentoring a team of Outbound Sales Executives, and achieving your own sales targets.

As a senior member of our team, you'll thrive in a hybrid role that blends leadership with hands-on sales, all while embodying Booksy's values and ideals.

What You'll Do:
  1. Team Leadership and Coaching: Lead and motivate a team of Outbound Sales Executives to exceed sales targets. Provide coaching, feedback, and support. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training to enhance capabilities.
  2. Sales Performance and Target Achievement: Achieve your own 50% sales target through outbound calls, emails, and social media. Qualify leads, conduct needs analysis, and perform product demos. Build relationships, collaborate on sales strategies, and maintain CRM records. Attend meetings, participate in projects, and stay updated on industry trends.
  3. Administrative and Reporting Duties: Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts. Prepare performance reports. Handle escalated inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What You'll Need to Succeed:
  • Proven outbound sales or sales management experience with a strong track record.
  • Experience in leading and coaching sales teams.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to balance individual and team sales goals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • This is a fully remote position within a globally distributed team.
