ROLE SUMMARY:

  • Salary Range – £30,000 – £32,000, dependent on skills and experience
Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead the School Setup team within the Education Operations Team, ensuring team engagement and performance
  • Plan and coordinate administrative and operational aspects of school programmes, including resource allocation, scheduling, and compliance with educational standards
  • Collaborate with Customer Services, Heads of Key Stages, Heads of Year, Head of Timetabling, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless system and process integration
  • Develop and implement SOPs for school setup activities to ensure consistency and high-quality outcomes
  • Monitor project timelines and adjust to meet milestones and targets
  • Manage complaints related to your team’s functions, stakeholder expectations, and resolutions
  • Provide progress reports to the Head of Education Operations and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and develop contingency plans
  • Promote continuous improvement in setup processes
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain technical knowledge
  • Stay informed about all business areas to provide accurate information
  • Lead and organise professional learning activities
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and support team development and appraisal processes
  • Organise induction and support for new staff
  • Ensure safeguarding training and requirements are met
  • Update information for the Head of Education Operations to ensure smooth school operations
  • Handle emergencies according to policies
  • Deploy team to assist in areas of lower demand as needed
  • Report process improvements to school leadership
  • Follow safeguarding policies and procedures
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Management, or related field
  • Leadership experience in educational or operational settings
  • Strong project management skills with a successful track record
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with online education platforms and technologies (highly desirable)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
