Costa Coffee is looking for a Store Manager in the United Kingdom to lead daily operations, drive sales, and own costs, stock, labour, and customer experience.

You will inspire your team, manage KPI reporting, training, and health and safety, and recruit and coach staff to deliver great service.

Formación

• Management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to recruit, coach and develop team.
• Commercial mindset with focus on maximizing sales.
• Attention to brand standards and compliance.

• Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training. Making sure to celebrate success along the way.

• Manage the store KPI report, Costa Check and Listen and Learn then look for trends and opportunities to grow your business.
• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Owning the health and safety within the store.
