Job summary

Costa Coffee in the United Kingdom is seeking a Store Manager to drive the store’s performance and guest experience. You’ll own stock, standards, the team, and safety, and be empowered to grow the business.

Lead a fast-paced team, coach and develop talent, and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities. Enjoy great perks, training, and a competitive starting salary of £32,500 for a 42.5 hour week.

• Taking ownership of all controllable costs through effective management of stock, labour, cash, and training. Making sure to celebrate success along the way.
• Inspiring your team to feel valued and get involved in making the store the best it can be.
• Manage the store KPI report, Costa Check and Listen and Learn then look for trends and opportunities to grow your business.
• Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.
• Owning the health and safety within the store.
