Job summary

Costa Coffee in Lancashire is seeking a Store Manager who will own the store’s performance, costs, and customer experience, including stock, labour, cash handling and training.

You will inspire your team, drive KPI reporting, and develop staff to reach their full potential while upholding brand standards and health and safety.
