Job summary

Iconic Resourcing Ltd. is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong Workday Absence & Time Tracking expertise in Glasgow.

The role is hybrid (2 days on site) and full-time, offering ownership across People, IT and the business to design, configure and optimise Workday solutions. You’ll lead design, configuration, testing and deployment of Workday Absence & Time Tracking, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborate with IT on integrations while supporting Workday

Qualifications

Proven hands-on Workday expertise in a medium/large organisation.
Strong Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience.
Experience translating requirements into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

Designing, configuring, testing and deploying Workday Absence & Time Tracking features.
Translating business requirements into scalable system configurations.
Leading change requests, enhancements and continuous improvement.
Troubleshooting complex Workday configurations and processes.
Collaborating with IT on integrations and downstream impacts.
Supporting Workday releases and identifying process improvements.
Utilising EIBs, PECIs, reporting, and worksheets to optimise data flows.
Liaising with an external provider and acting as a key escalation point.
