Job summary

IconicResourcing Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist with strong Workday Absence and Time Tracking expertise to join a global professional services organisation on a contract basis.

You will hit the ground running with hands-on configuration, gather requirements, design and test solutions, and support Workday releases while collaborating with People and IT stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with EIBs, PECI, reporting and integrations are

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday configuration across Absence and Time Tracking.
• Gathering requirements and translating these into effective system solutions.
• Designing, configuring and testing system changes.
• Managing enhancements and change requests.
• Troubleshooting complex configuration and business process issues.
• Supporting Workday releases and assessing their impact.
• Collaborating with People and IT stakeholders.
• Supporting integrations and downstream system impacts.
• Using EIBs, PECI, reporting, People Analytics and Worksheets.
• Working with external provider and specialist escalation support.
