Job summary

CPSL Mind is recruiting for a Connect To Work Triage Co-ordinator based in Peterborough with a hybrid working option. The role involves triaging expressions of interest for the Connect to Work programme, coordinating between referrers and partner providers, and ensuring individuals receive guidance to enter, return to, or stay in work.

The successful candidate will provide initial contact support, oversee eligibility pre-assessments, and manage referrals through to specialist employment

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to connect with individuals with empathy and understanding.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including referrers and service providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for referrals.
• Oversee pre-assessment of eligibility against defined criteria.
• Ensure smooth handover of eligible referrals to employment services.
• Connect ineligible referrals with suitable local services.
• Support data collection for reporting against KPIs.
• Handle general enquiries.
