Morva Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting three Aftermarket Customer Care Advisors to strengthen a Service and Maintenance team in the water industry, with roles in Cornwall, Wolverhampton and Barnsley.

You will be the main contact for clients, coordinating visits and repairs while delivering exceptional service. The role emphasises relationship-building, proactive problem solving, and close collaboration with service teams to ensure efficient work planning and reliable customer support.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or aftersales.
• Strong communication and client liaison skills.
• Excellent organisation and scheduling ability.
• Proactive, solutions-focused with prioritisation.
• Mechanical, water, or service sector knowledge helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Act as key contact for water industry clients.
