Job summary

Core Health & Fitness is seeking an International Inside Sales Support Representative based in the UK. The role focuses on administrative, operational and coordination support to the Inside Sales Manager and UK & EMEA team, ensuring efficient order processing and customer transactions.

The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, experience with Salesforce/Oracle, and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills; proficient in MS Excel or willing to learn.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or Oracle is advantageous but not required.
• GCSEs or equivalent; A-levels or higher qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders in Oracle and Salesforce; verify delivery status.
• Create and distribute customer open order reports on request.
• Process RMAs and credit forms; liaise with credit control to resolve queries.
• Own end-to-end delivery of selected vertical orders and provide timely updates to customers.
• Support with freight and installation quotes; assist with holiday cover for the team.
• Provide first-line support for order-status enquiries and escalate as needed.
