Job summary

DeepL seeks a Sales Support Specialist to streamline Salesforce processes, support our global sales org of 250+ account executives, and collaborate with Operations, Finance and Marketing to keep deals moving.

You'll diagnose requests, fix issues, build simple guides, and ensure data quality while staying calm under quarter-end pressure. Based in the UK, you’ll work from our London office roughly two days a week in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience in sales support, sales operations, revenue operations or CRM administration.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM and understanding of a sales process.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Operations support channel in Slack for your region, answering questions from sales teams and keeping the queue moving.
• Take each request end to end — diagnose it, fix what you can, and pull in the right people from Operations, Salesforce Administration or Finance when needed.
• Help sellers navigate Salesforce: opportunities, quotes, accounts and the sales process.
• Investigate and correct data quality issues before they hold up a deal.
• Build simple documentation and guides so sellers can help themselves next time.
• Flag recurring issues to the team to fix root causes.
• Provide extended support at quarter-end and year-end, including being available until 11pm UK time on final day of the quarter.
