Job summary

Phoenix Software in the UK is seeking a Sales Support to join our healthcare team and back up Account Managers. You will raise sales orders, liaise by telephone, Teams and email with customers and suppliers, confirm software prices and handle queries, while keeping the sales system up to date.

This hybrid role at our Pocklington HQ requires strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative role (Sales Administration would be beneficial).
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent communications skills and ability to prioritise under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Raising sales orders using the company sales tool while following process and ISO guidelines.
• Telephone, Teams and email liaison with customers and suppliers including confirming software prices and queries.
• Checking confirmation orders and ensuring the sales process is adhered to.
• Updating purchases/quotes on the sales system accurately and responding within timelines.
• Using the internal CRM system to create deal registrations and update opportunities.
• Provide cover for Account Managers and other Sales Admin Team members.
• Assisting in managing client relationships to secure and retain business for the Sales Account Managers.
