Job summary

Life Services Group seeks a hands-on Project Manager to drive Falconer transformation from plan to reality. You will manage complex change, coordinate product, engineering and operations, and ensure readiness, training and rollout are built in from day one.

You will report to the Transformation Director, keep milestones on track, and clearly communicate progress, risks and decisions. Hybrid work in Maidenhead with 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing complex technology, process or operational change.
• Proven ability to build and run detailed plans and RAID logs.
• Delivery across UAT, operational readiness, training, cutover and early-life support.
• Experience working with agile product and engineering teams on a single plan.
• Strong facilitation and problem-solving; able to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Keep delivery on track by turning milestones into actions with owners and dates.
• Join product, technology, operations and training to address dependencies and blockers.
• Ensure change sticks through testing, readiness, training, cutover and rollout.
• Lead planning sessions with cross-functional teams and provide clear progress updates.
