Job summary

M&G is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects within the Life Change & Transformation team. You will define the business case, scope and benefits, and manage internal and external resources to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong governance, stakeholder management, and experience in a highly regulated financial services environment. Hybrid working with two office days per week will apply.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering end-to-end projects in financial services.
• Financial services experience is essential.
• Life and pensions knowledge desirable.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• PMO governance experience and JIRA/ServiceNow familiarity valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of medium to highly complex projects.
• Define business case, objectives, scope, resources and benefits.
• Create and maintain high-quality project plans with risk mitigation.
• Evaluate delivery options and monitor progress against time, cost, scope and quality.
• Provide regular forecasts of resources and costs; manage external partners.
• Ensure governance, sign-off of artefacts, and lessons learned.
