Job summary

La Fosse is partnering with a global organisation undergoing significant transformation. They are seeking a Senior Business Change Manager to lead and embed change across a portfolio of high-profile initiatives, in a hybrid role based in Cambridgeshire.

You will own the end-to-end change strategy for large-scale programmes, work with senior leaders and executives to drive adoption, and design training and communications to ensure lasting benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business change within large, complex transformation programmes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, including engagement with senior executives.
• Ability to create practical change plans and drive adoption across diverse business areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead business change activities across complex transformation programmes.
• Develop and execute change strategies, communications and engagement plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments and business readiness planning.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and business communities.
• Design and coordinate training, coaching and adoption initiatives.
• Track change adoption, readiness and benefits realisation.
• Provide strategic advice to programme teams and executive stakeholders.
