Job summary

Sage Group plc is seeking a Transformation PMO Analyst to support growth transformation programmes. The role involves keeping plans up to date, tracking milestones, risks and actions, and delivering accurate reporting while coordinating governance across multiple workstreams.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office. You will own the RAID log, produce executive-ready dashboards, manage governance artefacts, and help onboard teams to PMO standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, programme or project coordination, or business analyst role within transformation/change/delivery environments.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with ability to maintain plans, RAID logs, trackers and status reporting.
• Proficient with PMO tooling (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project/Planner) and able to create dashboards and reports.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated programme plan with milestones, dependencies, RACI and key dates across all programmes of work.
• Own and maintain the RAID log as the single source of truth, ensuring accuracy and active management.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packs, status reports and executive dashboards; consolidate workstream updates into a single view.
• Coordinate weekly delivery reviews, monthly steering forums and quarterly check-ins; prepare agendas and capture actions/minutes.
• Support onboarding of workstream contributors to PMO standards, templates and tools; promote consistency across the programme.
