The Sage Group plc seeks a Transformation PMO Analyst to keep multi-workstream programmes on track, maintain plans, RAID logs, and governance artefacts. The role involves weekly reporting packs, executive dashboards, and supporting day-to-day PMO tasks for fast-paced delivery.

You will collaborate with the Growth Transformation leadership, work in a hybrid office setting, and use tools like MS Project, SharePoint, Excel and Power BI to deliver accurate insights and timely updates.

Formación

• 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, programme or project coordination, or business analyst role in transformation/change
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with RAID logs and status reporting
• Familiarity with PMO tooling (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, project/planning tools) and reporting dashboards
• Comfort using AI to draft reporting, updates and minutes while ensuring accuracy
• Good stakeholder and communication skills; understanding of agile, waterfall and governance methods

Responsabilidades

• Maintain the integrated programme plan with milestones, dependencies and key dates across programmes
• Track progress and flag slippage or risks to the Director
• Own and maintain the RAID log as the single source of truth
• Keep dashboards, trackers and status data up to date and reconciled
• Support benefits and milestone tracking and evidence delivery against business cases
