Job summary

Experis Scotland is recruiting a Senior PMO Analyst to support a major IT and technology transformation programme in Perth, Scotland. The role focuses on strengthening governance, reporting, planning and delivery assurance across a complex portfolio.

You will work closely with programme teams and stakeholders, maintaining integrated plans, RAID management, dependencies and milestones, and contributing to enterprise PMO maturity.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO experience within technology, transformation or business change programmes.
• Strong planning, RAID management and milestone reporting capabilities.
• Experience producing governance reporting and executive updates.
• Experience working across multi-workstream programmes with internal teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain programme governance, reporting routines and delivery controls.
• Prepare Steering Committee packs, executive reports and management information.
• Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones, dependencies and delivery roadmaps.
• Track and manage risks, issues, assumptions, decisions and actions (RAID).
• Coordinate reporting across multiple delivery teams and stakeholders.
• Support planning, change control, dependency management and delivery assurance activities.
• Provide insight and reporting to support effective programme decision-making.
• Support enterprise-wide portfolio reporting and governance activities.
• Consolidate reporting across projects and programmes.
• Produce management information and executive-level reporting packs.
• Support portfolio-level RAID management, milestone reporting and dependency tracking.
• Contribute to wider PMO initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
