Qualifications

• Strong PMO, project coordination, or programme support experience.
• Understanding of governance, PMO processes, and delivery frameworks.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, data, change, or business improvement.
• Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Experience producing executive-level reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar PM platforms.
• Data analysis skills and experience supporting data-focused programmes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme governance activities, maintaining key documentation, action logs, and decision records.
• Support programme planning by tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Produce accurate reporting, dashboards, and management information to support stakeholder and leadership decision-making.
• Organise and facilitate programme meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
• Monitor programme budgets, resource allocation, and capacity, providing insight into programme performance and delivery risks.
• Collaborate with workstream leads and stakeholders to identify challenges, drive resolutions, and maintain delivery momentum.
• Ensure programme activities align with agreed processes, controls, and governance standards.
• Support onboarding, coordination, and administration activities that contribute to the successful delivery of the programme.
