Job summary

SF Group is seeking an interim PMO Officer to support a Transformation Programme in Birmingham. You will provide project governance, reporting and coordination across a busy programme, helping Project Managers and senior stakeholders gain visibility and control.

The role is on a 6-month initial contract with a day rate of £300 and a hybrid working pattern (1 day onsite, 4 days remote). You should bring strong PMO fundamentals and experience with governance, RAID logs and status reporting.

Qualifications

• PMO experience in similar roles.
• Experience with RAID logs, governance and reporting.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day PMO support across multiple projects and change initiatives.
• Maintain project plans, milestone trackers, delivery schedules and programme documentation.
• Coordinate project governance activities, including meetings, reporting and documentation.
• Maintain RAID logs, tracking risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies.
• Produce regular project status reports, dashboards and management information.
• Monitor project progress against milestones, deliverables and timelines.
• Support resource planning, project financial tracking and budget reporting.
• Coordinate governance meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions and follow up on outstanding activities.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date and aligned with PMO standards.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts and stakeholders to support delivery.
