Job summary

Sage in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior PMO Analyst to keep complex delivery on track. You will maintain plans, RAID logs, and dashboards, and coordinate governance across multiple workstreams. This hybrid role requires strong reporting discipline and proactive stakeholder communication.

You will report to the VP, Growth Transformation, supporting the programme rhythm and ensuring accurate, timely updates to leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of PMO, programme or project coordination experience.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail with reporting skills.
• Familiarity with PMO tooling and dashboards.
• Experience with agile, waterfall or portfolio governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated programme plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate weekly reviews, steering forums and check-ins.
• Manage RAID log and governance artefacts across workstreams.
