Job summary

The Sage Group plc is seeking a Transformation PMO Analyst to support growth transformation work streams. You will maintain plans, track milestones and risks, and produce executive-ready reporting while governing across multiple workstreams.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office. You will manage the RAID log, dashboards, and governance artefacts, while enabling AI-enabled PMO tasks and ensuring consistency across the programme.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in a PMO, programme or project coordination or business analyst role in transformation.
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and reporting discipline.
• Experience with PMO tooling and dashboards is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated programme plan with milestones, dependencies and dates.
• Track progress, chase updates and flag risks to the Director.
• Own RAID log and keep it current as single source of truth.
• Keep dashboards, trackers and status data reconciled across workstreams.
• Support benefits and milestone tracking with evidence for business cases.
