Lincolnshire Housing Partnership is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive change, improve services and deliver technology solutions that benefit customers and colleagues. You will work with stakeholders, customers, technology specialists and suppliers to identify needs, analyse processes and design future-state solutions.

This role sits in a growing Change function and involves workshops, requirements, testing support, data analysis, and collaboration to ensure benefits are realized

Qualifications

• Understand business challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document and manage business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and process-mapping activities to design future-state solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges, define requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead on the management of our change request process.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and process-mapping activities to design effective future-state solutions.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
• Support the implementation of major technology systems, from mobilisation and design through to testing and go-live.
• Coordinate testing activities, including SIT and UAT, and help ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Analyse data, integrations and business processes to identify efficiencies and support informed decision-making.
• Work collaboratively with operational teams, suppliers and technology colleagues to deliver successful business outcomes.
• Support project delivery through effective planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
