Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to work with colleagues, customers, technology specialists and suppliers to identify business needs, analyse processes and deliver effective technology solutions.

You’ll join a growing change function and contribute to major technology and transformation projects at LHP, with hybrid and flexible working options including home or our Boston office.

Qualifications

• BA Foundation qualification or equivalent practical Business Analysis experience.
• Housing management experience in social housing or local government sector.
• BA experience in technology, digital transformation or system implementation environments.
• Strong Business Partnership experience.
• Experience gathering, documenting and managing business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Data awareness, cleansing, validation and mapping experience.
• Strong data analysis with advanced Excel capability.
• Process mapping and business improvement skills.
• Experience supporting testing, implementation and business readiness activities.
• Excellent facilitation, stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Ability to explain complex tech concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in agile, iterative or multidisciplinary delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand business challenges with stakeholders, define requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead on the management of our change request process.
• Lead workshops, discovery sessions and process-mapping activities to design future-state solutions.
• Produce high-quality business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and documentation.
• Support the implementation of major technology systems from mobilisation to go-live.
• Coordinate testing activities (SIT/UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Analyze data, integrations and processes to identify efficiencies for decision-making.
• Collaborate with operational teams, suppliers and technology colleagues to deliver outcomes.
• Support project delivery through planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
