Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst or equivalent in the public sector.
• Ability to work with a range of stakeholders to identify opportunities.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across the Council to identify opportunities for change.
• Develop and present cases for change to senior management.
• Manage and undertake analysis activities to define opportunities, benefits and action plans.
• Understand customer interests and requirements throughout analysis work and project lifecycles.
