Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business analysis within complex organisations, ideally Higher Education.
• Strong knowledge of BA methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with process improvement and organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships across departments and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Lead workshops and visioning sessions to support IT alignment.
• Analyse As-Is processes and design To-Be processes.
• Apply BA techniques including requirements elicitation and options appraisal.
• Support organisational readiness for change and benefits realisation.
