Job summary

Mac Recruit Group seeks a Sales Executive to support growth in the training and development division. You will build long-term client relationships, identify opportunities, and guide clients through the full sales process, from enquiries to order closure.

Hybrid role in East Kilbride, with a focus on delivering tailored training solutions and expanding the customer base across existing accounts and new prospects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and online channels.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend training solutions.
• Prepare and issue quotations within service levels.
• Follow up enquiries and quotations to maximise conversions.
• Secure purchase orders and guide customers to completion of the sales process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to support sales.
• Gather customer feedback for continuous improvement.
